[Dalang Group] 25th Anniversary Symposium

At 09:00 on 10th May 2024, the Dalang Group was filled with joy. Because today the group organised a ‘symposium’ in advance to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the group’s founding. The heads of the Dalang Group companies and the heads of the company’s departments gathered together to celebrate the occasion.

Part I: Message from the Chairman of Dalang Group

Chairman He said:

Today is a good day, on behalf of the Board of Directors of Dalang Group, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Dalang colleagues for their hard work over the past 25 years. 25 years, Dalang has been adhering to the core values of ‘Gratitude, Integrity, Innovation and Charity’; 25 years of the spirit of ‘ For 25 years, Dalang has been insisting on the core values of ‘Gratitude, Integrity, Innovation and Charity’; for 25 years, Dalang has been upholding the enterprise spirit of ‘treating people with sincerity and practicing business with faith’; for 25 years, Dalang has been carrying forward the positive energy of the society, the positive energy of the enterprise and the positive energy of the individual; for 25 years, Dalang has been united as a whole, and has become stronger and stronger over the years.

He Dong lamented:

The 25 years of Dalang Group’s development are bit by bit, seemingly simple, but each node has some special stories and achievements, and those who have experienced them have the most profound feelings. We can know the progress and retreat by looking at the past and thinking about the present; we can read books and raise our intelligence to know the spring and autumn. Only by understanding Dalang’s development history can we read and understand Dalang’s connotation and corporate culture values, so that we can walk more firmly and farther.

Mr He said, today the sun is shining, thank you for taking the time to come to Dalang 25th Anniversary Symposium. Dalang can develop to today, inseparable from the efforts of every Dalang colleague, inseparable from the care of the brother companies, inseparable from the company and support of colleagues from all walks of life, thank you for all the care of Dalang Group everyone. The downturn of the amusement industry in recent years, coupled with the epidemic for three years, has brought a baptism to our industry. We hope that the group can be united within the group, co-operation and win-win situation, and hope that the future road can go farther and farther, wider and wider, and finally, we wish all of you better and better days in the future.

Chairman He re-emphasised the corporate culture values of ‘gratitude, integrity, innovation and charity’:
Dalang corporate culture values of ‘gratitude, integrity, innovation, charity’, and through personal experience to share with participants the specific embodiment of this value, and proposed that our middle and senior management team always keep in mind the ‘cleanliness and righteousness, the mission to bear’, happiness for the small family, We also proposed that our middle and senior management team should always bear in mind ‘cleanliness and righteousness, mission and responsibility’, so as to make our small families happy, help everyone and return to the country.

At the end of the symposium, the chairman put forward six requirements:

First, promote ‘gratitude, integrity, innovation, charity’ Dalang core values;

Second, unity and cohesion, seeking common ground while reserving differences, diligence and pragmatism, integrity and self-discipline;

Third, strengthen the concept of eight-one co-operation, to maximise the sharing of resources!

Fourth, vigorously develop new quality productivity, and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of the Group’s companies!

Strive hard for the prosperity of international tourism and amusement business!

Sixth, for the construction of ‘rich and strong, democratic, civilised, harmonious and beautiful’ socialist modernisation power and strive for!

Finally, I wish Dalang people happiness and well-being! I wish the people of Dalang a happy and prosperous life!
