Planning & Design

Guangdong Dalang Company adopts a rigorous professional approach in the preliminary phase of each water park project, systematically carrying out planning and design work. This encompasses the entire technical process, including master planning layout, planar visualizations, 3D renderings, preliminary schematic development, and detailed design documentation.

Manufacturing

Dalang Water Park is equipped with industry-leading five-axis CNC machining centers for mold manufacturing. For specific products, the park integrates five-axis machining technology with advanced additive manufacturing processes to achieve precision forming of water slides and thematic decorative components. The production facility strictly adheres to the ISO Quality Management System standards and implements a comprehensive 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) methodology for end-to-end quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Dalang Water Park invested in land acquisition and independently constructed a comprehensive, 100,000-square-meter production base. The campus encompasses not only office buildings and multiple large-scale workshops but also complete staff amenities, including a canteen, dormitories, basketball and soccer fields, and a recreation center with facilities for badminton, billiards, and karaoke. 30-year history

Founded in 1999, Dalang Water Park is one of China’s earliest water park facility manufacturers.

Dalang Water Park is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and holds positions on the China Ropeway and Amusement Facility Standardization Technical Committee and as a standing council member of CAAPA. Furthermore, it contributed to drafting the mandatory national standard “GB 8408-2018 Safety Code for Large-Scale Amusement Devices.”The company has extended its reach to more than 100 countries and regions globally, having successfully completed thousands of projects.

Leading-edge mold manufacturing

Dalang Water Park utilizes the industry’s most advanced European-imported 5-axis CNC machines for mold production.

Dalang Water Park sets new industry standards by leveraging the largest and most advanced European 5-axis CNC machines in the sector for intelligent, automated, and modern mold production. This capability allows for the use of L-RTM industrial processes to create double-sided smooth water slides. The company provides one-stop integrated solutions for large-scale water parks and marina projects, encompassing investment planning, design, facility manufacturing, construction, environmental art, equipment supply, operations management, and investment partnerships.

Advanced R&D

Dalang Water Park holds over 30 national patents for water park equipment.

The company’s R&D center is located in the Guangqing Industrial Park. It holds the “Special Equipment Manufacturing License” issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and possesses over 30 national patents for water park equipment. The center is supported by a strong team of professionals and engineers specializing in planning, mechanical and steel structure engineering, water treatment, and electrical systems. It has successfully constructed numerous large-scale, IP-based and themed water park projects, such as the Galaxy Voyage Water Park in Thailand, Weihai Fudi Legend Water Park in Shandong, Jiulongshan Merryland Water Park in Zhejiang, Taihu Longemont Aqua Play Park in Zhejiang, and Guangzhou Skov River Water World.
